Pricing Information

• Baby Sensory is booked in termly blocks. Terms are usually 6 weeks long, although some terms may differ in length and this will be reflected in the price for the term.
• Each session costs £8.00 so the price for a 6 week term will be £48.
• If you join at any point during the term, the automated booking system will calculate the amount you are due to pay for the remainder of the term.
• Payment can be made when booking through the online payment system.

How to book

• Book your place now by clicking BOOK NOW on the chosen venue, class and time. You will be redirected to the payment page and will receive a confirmation email of your booking.
• If a class is almost full it will show 'LIMITED SPACES.' 
• When a class shows 'WAIT LIST' then it is fully booked. Please complete the waitlist form as spaces become available when babies move up to the next class. If there is high demand for classes, then another one may be added to the programme.

Discounts

• We offer discounts for twins and triplets. Please contact me for information and I can apply the discount to your booking. 
• Please note that if you are booking for twins or triplets you may also bring along another adult with you.
  

Taster Sessions

• We very rarely have spaces left on our classes, however from time to time we may run 'taster sessions' which will be charged for a fixed price of £8. Please keep your eyes on our website and social media platforms for any upcoming taster sessions. 
  

Booking Terms & Conditions

To be read in line with Baby Sensory West Warrington & Widnes terms and conditions section 3.4 which can be found on our terms and conditions page.

Classes are due to reopen from week commencing 12th April 2021 in venue. This is in line with the current Government roadmap for reopening following the 3rd lockdown. Should this change for any reason before that date the venue reopen date will change for the Spring term and you will be notified.

COVID-19 safety. To allow the classes to run in a COVID-secure environment and in order to comply with the latest government guidelines for indoor activities you will be sent via email a guide of COVID-19 safety measures you must follow before, during and upon exit of a class. If you do not receive this you can request the document via email. Your booking is accepted upon full payment and on the assumption that you have read the full terms and conditions in addition to this document. These include but are not limited to wearing a face mask, social distancing information and sanitising and cleaning information that you and the franchisee must adhere to.

If you are suffering from or you have been in close contact with anyone that is suffering from suspected COVID-19 symptoms you MUST NOT attend the class until you have followed the latest guidelines on isolation and/ or have had a negative test result.

If anyone shows symptoms of COVID-19 during any class they will be asked to leave.

We will endeavour to run face to face classes wherever possible. However, in the event of a local or national lock down preventing this, your class leader having to isolate, or we cannot run classes due to a test and trace result from a class attendee we will move to @home sessions immediately.

I will not be able to provide refunds or credit should this happen or if you personally have to isolate and your booking is based on you agreeing to this condition.

Please note that Baby Sensory are unable to refund you if you wish to cancel your place or if you have to miss a session.
