We appreciate that it can be a bit daunting starting a new class but we are so confident that you will enjoy the session once you receive a very warm welcome.
What if my baby sleeps all the way through or cries - It is likely that your baby will do one of three things, sleep all the way through, cry or just get on with being there.
It is natural for your baby to cry it's a new environment, new smells and sounds and so this can cause babies to cry, just see to them as you would at home and they will soon settle into the session and routine. Please don't worry if you baby sleeps, the latest research tells us that babies still take in 60% of what is happening around them when they are asleep. Then when they are awake you can replicate all that you have learnt/done in class.
Feeding your Baby Milk & Changing - It is so important that you feel comfortable when you attend classes and so you can tend to your baby whenever you like and wherever you are in the venue. We do ask that in order to keep the venue clean and prevent babies eating anything they shouldn't that you give your baby any solid food in our reception area.
Parking - There is ample free parking right outside the venue and so you don't have to worry about that.
Friends/Relatives - Your are welcome to bring your partner, grandparent, sister, brother. Anyone who wants to attend with you is very welcome too.
What to bring along - Before you start we will send you a full welcome email with everything you need to know about our bespoke venue and also more importantly how to find us so please take time to read the welcome email when it arrives in your inbox.
What if I can't attend one week - If you can't make a week remember to ask us about swapping days and we can let you know our availability or if you are on holiday why not gift your space to a friend to attend in your place.
