Baby Sensory classes are suitable for babies from birth to 13 months and it is never too soon to start attending sessions with your baby. We aim to provide a warm and welcoming environment for you and your baby and provide a programme which supports your little ones natural development.

Sensory experiences are so important, especially during the first year of life when so many brain connections are forming. It's also a wonderful opportunity for you to socialise with other parents and have lots of lovely bonding moments with your baby, even when they are asleep. 

We have over 40 core lesson plans for you and your baby to enjoy, all of which have been carefully researched and designed by our amazing founder, Dr Lin Day. During your year with us, you will never do the same lesson twice. As well as our core lesson plans, we also have specials such as Baby's first Christmas, Easter, Baby Pumpkin, Mother's Day and Father's day. 

All of our classes follow your babies play, rest, play cycle which means we start each session with 25 minutes of sensory activities then we have 15-20 minutes of exploratory play which allows your babies time to rest and to have some self directed play time, we then complete the session with another 20 minutes of structured sensory activities. We sing, we sign, we read, we explore textures, smells, sounds, visuals, we move and get active and much much more!
