Adele Cowan
Hello, I'm Adele, and I run Baby Sensory classes in Edinburgh City. I’m passionate about being around babies and witnessing their growth and development. The best part of my job is meeting new parents, sharing ideas for play and learning, and helping you create precious memories with your baby.
I hold a degree in Psychology and a PGDE in Primary Education, and I’ve always been fascinated by child development, early learning, and the importance of attachment and bonding. What I love most about Baby Sensory is that every activity is research-based and has a clear purpose—providing valuable early learning experiences for babies.
I have two children: my 9-year-old daughter and my 6-year-old son. After being made redundant following my maternity leave, I seized the opportunity to launch my own Baby Sensory classes. Now, with over seven years of experience, I still love coming to work every day and working with parents and their babies!
