Welcome to Baby Sensory! Our classes operate on a half-termly booking basis, priced at £10.50 per hour-long session. Payment is required in full before the start of the half term, and unfortunately, we're unable to refund missed sessions. Don't worry though, you can gift any missed sessions to a friend or potentially catch up on another day that week, depending on availability! Feel free to join us at any point during the term, as long as there are open spots – you'll only be charged from your start date. Let's make every moment count in your baby's sensory journey. Maximum of two adults for one child.

Maidenhead and Windsor now open for Winter bookings! In November we will have Monday Baby Sensory classes in Maidenhead and Tuesday sessions in Windsor. We have a magical 7 week term for £73.50
If you are unsure about booking for the whole term you can have a 3 week trial for £36!
Winter Term 2

As our classes grow we'll be expanding to Baby Sensory classes in Ascot. I can't wait to meet you all!

Q: What makes Baby Sensory different?
A: Baby Sensory was the first (and original) baby programme to offer a complete approach to learning and sensory development. It was developed by Dr Lin Day using over 35 years of research and expertise!
What makes us unique is that every activity has been carefully designed to stimulate your baby's senses and move development and learning forwards, creating a wonderful time of sensory exploration for you and your baby to share during that precious first year and strengthen baby bonding.
Q: Is my baby too young?
A: Baby Sensory classes are suitable from birth, as soon as you're ready to head out with your new baby then you're more than welcome to attend. The most miraculous advances in your baby's brain structure and function occur in their first three months of life. Early postnatal experiences in a nurturing and stimulating environment play an important role in this development. You and your baby will experience activities that are specifically designed to be safe and suitable for babies from birth and developmental information given to help you play at home in an age/stage appropriate way.
Q: Can my older child come with me too?
A: Our classes are a wonderful time to have 1-1 time with your baby so unfortunately toddlers and pre schoolers are unable to attend our classes. This is also due to health and safety and insurance reasons. If your school aged child is on an inset day or if you are attending a special they may attend with you - but warn them that they will have to join in and shake a shaker or two!
Q: What if my baby sleeps or feeds during the session?
A: You are more than welcome to breast or bottle feed your baby where ever you want to, either stay at your mat or sit at one of the chairs to the side if that's more comfortable for you. Likewise if baby sleeps, stay where you are or move to a chair. Did you know that your baby will take in at least 80% of surrounding stimuli even while they're asleep! Your baby will still benefit from sounds, smells, touch, the closeness of you giving them a lovely snuggle, and you can soak in all the information and ideas ready for when baby is awake and ready to play.
Q: Is my baby too old?
A: If your baby is under 13 months when the term starts then Baby Sensory is for you!
Q: My baby is crawling/walking, can we still come?
A: Definitely! Mobile babies get so much from the sessions. You may find that your baby spends a bit of time in the exploratory play area because they just love all of the exciting things over there, but as soon as an activity captures their attention, they’ll be zooming right back.
Q: When can I join?
A: At any time, providing spaces are available! Baby Sensory is not a course and every week is completely different so there is no need to wait for the next term to start. If you join part way through the term, you only pay for the remaining weeks.

Q: Is it just a ‘Mummy group’?
A: No! We have a large number of Daddies, Grandparents, relatives and carers who come to class each week, contributing to our diverse, warm and welcoming environment.
Q: Will I learn anything from the classes?
A: Yes, loads! There is 35 years of expert knowledge and experience behind our lesson plans, we are privileged to share all of this with you! Each activity has a fundamental developmental benefit behind it, you'll leave armed with that knowledge ready to continue the fun and learning with your baby at home.
Q: My baby has extra needs, will Baby Sensory be suitable for them?
A: Absolutely. Everything we do is suitable for all babies, either as it is or with a little adjustment. Please do get in touch with us to talk it through so we can help you and your baby get the most out of the sessions.
