Pricing Information:
Baby Sensory- The cost is £8.20 per class when booking in for a term e.g a 6 week term will be £49.20. If you join part way through a term, the system will calculate how much is payable. Due to class size restrictions, we cannot offer PAYG. You are able to 'Gift’ your session to a friend if you cannot attend one week, sending your friend in your place.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS - Our existing customers will receive an automated email giving them 48 hours to book before the customers on the waiting list are given their 48 hours to book. After this time the remaining places will be put up on the main webpage for booking,
It is essential that an existing customer books a place for the following term within this 48 hour period. WE CANNOT guarantee that any existing customer will have a place in our classes once the booking system is 'Live' to new customers.
NO OBLIGATION TRIALS- We very rarely have any spaces left in our classes however on the odd occasion we may have a space available, we advertise these on our Facebook page and it is first come first served.

Bank transfer- This is available if the online payment process does not work oe we have manually booked you on.

COVID-19 safety. To allow the classes to run in a COVID-secure environment and in order to comply with the latest government guidelines for indoor activities you will be sent via email a guide of COVID-19 safety measures you must follow before, during and upon exit of a class. If you do not receive this you can request the document via email. Your booking is accepted upon full payment and on the assumption that you have read the full terms and conditions in addition to this document. These include but are not limited to wearing a face mask, social distancing information and sanitising and cleaning information that you and the franchisee must adhere to.
If you are suffering from COVID-19 symptoms you MUST NOT attend the class until you have followed the latest guidelines on isolation and/ or have had a negative test result.
If anyone shows symptoms of COVID-19 during any class they will be asked to leave.
We will endeavour to run face to face classes wherever possible. However, in the event of a local or national lock down preventing this, your class leader having to isolate, or we cannot run classes due to a test and trace result from a class attendee we will move to @home sessions immediately. I will not be able to provide refunds should this happen or if you personally have to isolate and your booking is based on you agreeing to this condition.
Please note that Baby Sensory are unable to refund or carry over sessions if you wish to cancel your place or if you have to miss a session.
