A few things to note:
Please do not attend if you or your baby are unwell, have a temperature of 37.8 degrees or higher, are experiencing changes to sense of taste or smell or have a new continuous cough. Also please don't attend, if you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
Please be aware that if NHS Test and Trace request your contact details, I will be obliged to pass these on.
Please try not to arrive more than 10 minutes before the start time of your class. You may need to wait outside or in your car if we are still completing our cleaning routine.
Things you may like to bring to class with you:
We will ask parents to remove shoes upon entering the hall, so please wear or bring socks with you.
Please bring your own blanket or fleece for baby to lie on, in order to provide them with a soft and comforting place to lie/sit.
Hand sanitiser will be available should you require any, but it may also be useful if you have your own supply of hand sanitiser in your bag.
Important Booking Policy (COVID Specific)
If you , your baby or someone you live with are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been in close contact with someone who has, please DO NOT attend classes. Please follow government guidelines regarding isolation.
If you miss a class due to illness or self-isolating, we will endeavor to offer you an alternative session as a catch-up. This will either be a live class, or a recording.
If we need to cancel a class due to a Class Leader, a parent displaying symptoms or having a positive test result, we will move to online for the duration of their isolation period, or until they get a negative result.
In the circumstance of a local/national lockdown, your booked sessions will continue online for the duration of the lockdown.
Should the hall need to close temporarily due to an instance of Covid, classes will move to online until the hall re-opens.
Please note unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for any of the missed sessions or class closure scenarios listed above. We will however offer an alternative @Home live session, or a recording instead.
