Our Classes

Our classes are an hour long, mimicking your baby's natural cycle of play-rest-play. We offer 25 minutes’ worth of structured activities, always beginning with our infamous 'Say Hello to the Sun' song, where we provide developmental information to accompany each activity so you know why we are doing and how you can support your baby and move their development forward.

We then have a small break of 10/15 minutes, which is vital for your baby to have a rest, to ensure they do not become overstimulated. This is the perfect opportunity to socialise with other parents, a chance to speak with us about any questions you may have about your baby, ranging from sleep, feeding, teething, colic, crying and so much more.

We then end the session with more structured activities, and always ending with our signature 'Wave Goodbye' song.

We offer a wide range of props and resources to stimulate all your baby's senses. We offer a variety of activities from exercise, yoga, massage, visual and light shows, bouncing games, exploratory activities, puppet shows and so much more.

We know how daunting it can be to join a class for the first time, but we are so relaxed and want you to feel comfortable and at home. If you have any questions about anything, please do ask, we are here to support you as much as you need through this most precious first year.
