Bookings

• Classes are bookable on a fixed termly basis. The class dates for that term can be found on the website and bookings will open prior to the start of term. 

• Current attendees will be offered priority booking followed by those on the waitlist before classes go on general sale. 

• Term fees may vary depending on the length of the term.

• One-off special events will be bookable separately and may vary in price. 

• If you are unsure about committing to a whole term, shorter taster sessions/PAYG can be arranged subject to availability. 

Joining Mid-term

• You are welcome to join the term at any point if availability allows and you will only be charged for the remaining sessions.
  

Missed sessions

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or class credit for missed sessions but we will always do our best to find you an alternative class to attend that week, subject to availability. If this is not possible, you are more than welcome to gift/sell your session to someone you know providing you inform the class leader of the details of the alternative attendees in advance. 
  

Siblings

• Regrettably, we cannot allow pre school age siblings older than 13 months to attend class. 

• Please get in touch to take advantage of our twin/sibling discount of 25%.

Additional adults

• At the present time, booking is for one adult only. If however you would like an additional adult to attend this can be arranged with prior approval of the class leader. This will be at the class leaders discretion, dependant on class numbers/room size.  

 How to book

• Bookings are made via the website and you will be asked to pay at the time of booking. Go to the homepage, scroll to the class timetable and click BOOK NOW on your chosen class.  

• If the class shows ‘waitlist’ it is full for that term. Please either join another class or join the waitlist so you can be informed if a space becomes available next term or if another class is added. 

• Once your place is booked you will receive a confirmation email. This may go to your junk/spam so please add rugby@babysensory.co.uk to your contacts.
