Hi I'm Lou, class leader at Bromsgrove, Redditch and Barnt Green.
I am mummy to two gorgeous boys, who both attended Baby Sensory classes and gave me my love for all things Baby Sensory. The boys and I loved the different themes every week and have made friends for life who we still meet up with regularly now.
I've always loved working with children. As a teenager I worked as an assistant at an after school club in a primary school and I have also previously worked for a performing arts school teaching 4-7 year olds singing, dancing and acting.
My professional background is management within the fitness industry but after the birth of my eldest I knew I didn't want to work in such a stressful role and that's when I applied for an admin position at Baby Sensory, when I got offered a role as a class leader I couldn't believe my luck and jumped at the chance to start working in a role that is truly magical!
I can't wait to meet you and your little one, and I hope to give you some fantastic memories like I have with my own.

Karen was the winner of Most Outstanding Activity Leader for the under 5s in the West & Wales region in the What on Awards.
Karen has been running Baby Sensory for 15 years and have delivered classes to thousands of babies.
We can tell you first hand what a truly wonderful and varied parenting class this is and we hope that you will share in the fun with your precious little ones.
