I have been running Baby Sensory classes in High Wycombe and Marlow since 2012 and have had the privilege of meeting and working with hundreds of families over that time.
Why Baby Sensory? I attended classes with my own daughter, Orla, and was hooked after the first class! I was impressed with the simple and effective format of the classes, and mesmerized at how Orla responded to the activities. I saw her grow within this class from a baby just watching and listening with wide eyes and smiles at the beautiful sights and sounds around her to a toddler who loved to get involved, clapping and singing and joining in with the friends she made. She wasn’t the only one to have made friends; this class is the perfect chance to meet other parents and carers. As a first time mum I was a little daunted in the beginning and since there are no instruction manuals to having babies, this was the ideal opportunity to share the ups and downs with others. I have made some good friends who will remain that way for years to come. It’s no surprise that after a long career in finance, becoming a mum was the best thing that ever happened to me and I didn’t want that to end. These classes made such an impact on me that when the opportunity came up to become part of the Baby Sensory team I jumped at it. I am excited to share these classes with you and I hope that you will enjoy them just as much.
Jess joined the team in summer 2017 and already she has babies captivated. Jess has two children of her own, Emily and Luke, and she attended both Baby Sensory and Toddler Sense with them. Jess has extensive knowledge of working with children as she has been both a nursery assistant and a nanny for over 12 years. Jess was excited to join a team that plays a vital role in babies development and early education.
