Classes run at the Boys Brigade in Dorchester on Wednesdays and the WoW Centre at Spark Wellbeing Hall in Weymouth on Thursdays (after October half term).

You can book at any point during the term (if there are spaces) and just pay for the number of weeks remaining in the term.
