Hello and welcome to Baby Sensory & Toddler Sense Staffordshire Moorlands. My name is Katie Potts and I run classes from our beautiful Wow Centre on Cheadle High Street, Staffordshire.

HAND SANITISING - We have a hand sanitising unit at the entrance to our Wow Centre and politely request that you sanitise hands on entry. Additional hand sanitising stations are available within the Wow Centre and hand washing facilities are located in the two upstairs lavatories.
CAR PARKING - pay and display (currently cash only, 90p / hr) is available in the centre of Cheadle, with the nearest being Tape Street car park. From here walk up to the High Street and turn right, walking past the library where the Wow Centre can be found on your right. Shopping at Morrison's or Asda? Parking is free for 3 hours on these car parks.
ARRIVING FOR A CLASS - please do not arrive early for your class. Due to social distancing, entry will be one adult and child at a time, with no waiting area. Please bring as little as you can to class - babywearing is encouraged rather than buggies and pushchairs - keeping our entrance area as clean and clear as possible. Please stay socially distanced if queueing to enter and in the entrance area. If you do need to bring a buggy then wall hooks are available for folding pushchairs.
FRIENDSHIPS - If attending class with a friend and you wish to sit as close as is possible to them, please arrange to meet up outside so that you enter the centre at roughly the same time. At the end of class, please leave safely in the reverse order. This ensures we maintain social distancing at all times with no pinch points or crossover.
PPE - currently the wearing of a face covering is optional within the Wow Centre.
CLASS LAYOUT - We politely request you bring your OWN FLEECE/BLANKET for younger babies to lie on in class. We will require you to remove your shoes in the entrance area as always prior to entering the main sensory area via the security gate so please bring / wear a pair of socks.
PLAYBREAK - Classes will follow baby's natural play-rest-play cycle and will be 50 minutes in length. We will have a short break in the middle of class with the opportunity to socialise and complete the register.
NAPPY CHANGING - Our nappy changing facilities are located upstairs in the far bathroom. Please wipe down with the spray and disposable towels provided before and after use and please take soiled nappies home - nappy bags are always available if needed.
TRACK AND TRACE - Should this be restarted, we will need you to give permission for us to pass on your information to the NHS test and trace central database as required by law. By booking you give permission for us to pass on your name, telephone number and email address to the NHS Test / Track / Trace Service.
CLASS RENEWALS / RE-ENROLMENT - You will receive a reenrolment reminder by text or email 1 or 2 weeks prior to the end of your current booking. Renewal will be required at this point to guarantee your place in class for the next half term. Please note with limited spaces and high demand your place is not guaranteed in your current class so booking quickly is advised.
MISSED CLASSES - We will not be able to refund for missed classes. Please read our terms and conditions for full details. Due to the very limited number of spaces in each class pre-booked holidays are no longer available. . If you are unable to attend for a number of weeks and wish to gift your place to a friend, please drop me a text to discuss.
EXTRA ATTENDEES - Whilst we are restricted number wise within the premises, we politely request that if a partner / grandparent would like to attend you contact us to seek consent first (strictly limited availability).
SIBLINGS - Apologies but we will not be able to accommodate any extra siblings at Baby Sensory. They are not covered for insurance purposes in baby classes. Please see our Toddler Sense timetable where younger siblings may attend by prior arrangement free of charge up to 12 months of age.
ILLNESS / COVID SYMPTOMS - please do not attend class if you or any member of your family have Covid-19 symptoms or have had a positive test. Please contact me to advise if you have attended class and have these symptoms or a positive test. Please follow current guidelines for self-isolation. This also applies to other illnesses, please contact me if you are unsure whether or not to attend.
FUTURE LOCKDOWN - If at any point in the future we were forced into either a local or national lockdown we would immediately revert classes to an online class or freeze your credits for use against future classes / transfer to a friend or family member.
