Meet the team

Hi, I’m Sophie, owner and class leader of Baby Sensory Cardiff East. I discovered Baby Sensory in 2020 with my lockdown baby, Leo, and it became a safe, supportive space where we bonded, learned and made friends. Now an award finalist two years running, I’m proud to support parents and babies as they learn, grow and thrive together.

Dot’s Holiday Stay & Play

These sessions are relaxed holiday sessions where you and your baby can enjoy quality time together in a safe, sensory-rich environment. With an extended Exploratory Play Area, your baby can discover and explore while you connect with other parents, share experiences, and enjoy a friendly, supportive space. It’s a great way to continue the social and bonding benefits of Baby Sensory™ during the holidays, even when core classes aren’t running. Check out the timetable here.

From Summer festivals to Christmas parties we have it all.
