Classes run in terms throughout the year. You can join a class at any time if places are still available and just pay for the remainder of the term or join the waiting list for a place in the following term. Places do sometimes become available mid-term so please do register your interest on the wait list and we will be in touch as soon as there is space.
You can book on to a taster class with no obligation to sign up to the term. Taster class must be booked and paid in advance

Booking Information
How will you keep the equipment clean?
You will be given your own set of equipment to use for the duration of the class. This will include everything you need for most of the activities. The equipment will have been cleaned before the session and only you will use it during the session.
Will we have to maintain social distancing?
As Government guidelines have now changed you will not be required to socially distance during classes. However you will still be seated on individual mats upon arrival which will be spaced apart.
Will we have to wear a face mask?
Following Government guidelines parents are no longer required to wear a face mask in class however we do advise to continue wearing them if you're able to.
Can I bring siblings/ extra people with me?
2 adults and baby can now attend classes due to a change in Government guidelines. However children under the age of 5 are not permitted to attend. Please do not turn up to venues with a older sibling as you will be declined entry to the class.
What happens if we or you are affected by a local or national lockdown?
If we are unable to run the venue-based classes for circumstances out of our control your classes will be held online via zoom. We are unable to offer a refund or hold classes over to when venues return as the online session will be in place of the venue-based class.
What if I have any symptoms of Covid-19 or someone I live with is showing symptoms?
Please do not attend classes if you or your baby are unwell, showing symptoms or tested positive for COVID - 19. Please follow Government guidelines for self isolating.
What happens if we or you are required to self isolate under the Government Track and Trace system?
If we are unable to run the venue-based classes for circumstances out of our control your classes will be held online via zoom. We are unable to offer a refund or hold classes over to when venues return as the online session will be in place of the venue-based class.
What happens if I cannot attend my usual class?
All bookings will be in your chosen venue and at your booked class time only. If you can not attend your usual class please contact me in advance and if there is space available in another class you will be permitted to do a "catch up". Please note this is subject to availability.
By attending the class, you give us permission to pass your details to NHS Track and Trace if necessary. Please make sure your mobile number is up to date on our system.

Classes are held in the main hall. There's lots of free parking in the car park and free on street parking. There are toilets and baby change facilities at the venue.

Classes are held in the main church hall. The free car park is located at the back of the church as you enter through the black gates. There is also additional free parking in Iceland situated next door to the church and on the high street. There are toilets and baby changing facilities at the venue.
Greenford Community Centre. 170 Oldfield Road South. Greenford UB6 9JS
Classes are held in the Johnson Hall situated at the back of the building. The free car park is located at the back of the building. There is also additional free parking on the streets. There are toilets and baby changing facilities at the venue.
