                                                                      Brodie’s Story

Brodie was born at Wishaw General Hospital on 19th April at just 23 weeks and 5 days. He weighed a tiny 1lb 10 ounces but was a fighter from the word go. Sadly, at just 5 weeks old, Brodie passed away surrounded by his mum and dad and the nurses and doctors that had cared for him throughout his short life. The Cold Cot within Wishaw General Hospital meant that Brodie’s mum Stefanie and dad Jay were allowed to spend precious time with their baby boy after he had passed away.

After hearing Stefanie & Jays story many of you have shared your experiences with Wishaw General Hospital and the use of their cold cot. Without it many of you wouldn't have been given the chance to share precious moments and create precious memories together. Therefore, to continue raising as much funds as possible Lanarkshire Baby Sensory will be running a weekend of special classes with every penny going towards this amazing cause. Brodie's Teddy Bears Picnic will start on Saturday 17th of July and if proves popular will continue to run on Sunday 18th. Bookings for Saturday 17th is open now, below. Please bring a teddy bear with you and let's remember Brodie and every Angel taken far too soon 💙🐻💙🐻
