Baby Sensory Ashford

Sita Turner

Sita started her Baby Sensory journey in February 2015 when she started bringing her 4 month old son Travis to the Ashford Baby Sensory classes. "I loved the classes so much that I didn't want to leave!" she didn't! Sita was a secondary school English teacher for 3 years and has a degree in English literature but decided not to return to work after having Travis. Instead, in September 2015, she purchased Baby Sensory Ashford and Canterbury and has been running classes ever since. She recently took on the Reading Fairy franchise in Canterbury as well for toddlers. "I absolutely love what I do. I get such a buzz from running classes. It's something I get an awful lot of job satisfaction out of and a job I take a lot of pride in. I hope to be lifting parachutes and blowing bubbles for the rest of my working life!"

Michelle De Klerk

Michelle joined the Baby Sensory Ashford team in April 2018. Originally from South Africa, Michelle has had a variety of careers but found her calling after the birth of her 2 children Erin and Blake. Michelle's passion for baby development is evident in every session that she puts on. She is enthusiastic, warm and has a wicked sense of humour! She is always there for a chat if you need it so feel free to come and find her during the session. "Baby Sensory is where my heart is. As a mum I have a massive responsibility to raise my babies to reach for the stars and beyond. Someone said to me regarding having small children "the days are long but the years are short". Now is the time to encourage our babies to achieve the best of their little abilities. I feel Baby Sensory is a wonderful aid in accomplishing just that, whilst securing a beautiful bond between baby and their parents"
