All refunds are at the class leader’s discretion with a £5 administration fee which will be deducted from the amount due back.

Full payment for the whole or remaining term will be due on registration.

Booking Information - Frequently Asked Questions – Baby Sensory Streatham

How will classes operate?
Baby Sensory – the class will be a maximum of 45 minutes long. The class will still be in 3 parts, starting with sensory activities, followed by a short break from structured activities where you remain on your mats but are welcome to chat to other adults and babies can rest, feed or play with the equipment provided. We will then finish with another section of sensory activities. Classes will have a different theme every week.
How will you keep the equipment clean?
We have extended our time between classes to allow 30 minutes so that we can also sanitise all mats and touch points before and after each class
What happens when I arrive and what can I bring with me?
Due to the cleaning procedures we ask that you do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before the start of your class. On arrival you will be shown where you can leave your shoes/bags and will be guided to a sensory square. Please only bring essential items with you to the class. Please do not bring buggies/car seats unless necessary.
We also ask you to bring your own muslin/ blanket to lay on the mats as we will be unable to provide the fleece blankets we normally would in class.
Can we use the toilet?
If you need to change a nappy or use the toilet of course you can go! Please bring your own changing mats and take all nappies/ wipes etc home with you.
Can I bring extra people with me?
Yes!
Baby Sensory – we are unable to have older siblings ( aged 18 months and above) attending class.
What happens if we or you are affected by a local or national lockdown?
If we are unable to run the venue-based classes for circumstances out of our control your classes will be held online via zoom. We are unable to offer a refund or hold classes over to when venues return as the online session will be in place of the venue-based class.
What if I have any symptoms of Covid 19 or someone I live with is showing symptoms?
Please DO NOT come to classes if you or someone you live with is showing symptoms or has tested positive for Covid 19. Please follow all government guidance for self-isolating.
What happens if we or you are required to self isolate under the Goverenment Track and Trace system?
If we are unable to run the venue-based classes for circumstances out of our control your classes will be held online via zoom. We are unable to offer a refund or hold classes over to when venues return as the online session will be in place of the venue-based class.
What happens if I cannot attend my usual class? Can I swap classes?
We will try and accommodate you in a different class subject to availability, but are unable to guarantee a space.
We cannot offer a refund or credit for a lesson missed for any reason.
You are welcome to gift your space to a friend, an email should be sent to the class leader with the friends details before the class.
Once you have booked if any of this information changes, we will update you accordingly.
